Camp Glass Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Camp Glass (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is an event produced by Spokane Stained Glass and operated through the website www.camp-glass.com (the “Site”). By registering for Camp Glass or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility
Camp Glass is for adults ages 21 and over. By registering, you confirm you are at least 21 years old.

2. Registration & Payment
Registration and payment are processed securely through Square via Squarespace. Full payment is due at the time of booking. We do not store or handle credit card information directly.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds are based on the timing of your cancellation. Processing fees are non-refundable.

  • Before April 30, 2025: Full refund minus processing fees

  • May 1–31, 2025:

    • Within 2 weeks of booking: Full refund minus fees

    • Beyond 2 weeks: 75% refund

  • June 1–July 31, 2025:

    • Within 48 hrs: Full refund minus fees

    • Within 2 weeks: 75% refund

    • Beyond 2 weeks: 60% refund

  • August 1–14, 2025:

    • Within 24 hrs: Full refund minus fees

    • Within 1 week: 60% refund

    • Beyond 1 week: 50% refund

  • After August 15, 2025: No refunds issued

If the event is canceled due to a natural disaster or circumstances beyond our control (including venue shutdown), a non-refundable 50% fee will apply.

4. Participant Agreement & Waivers
By registering, you agree to follow all event guidelines and safety policies. Additional waivers may be required before or during check-in. Failure to sign required documents may result in cancellation without refund.

5. Health, Safety & Conduct
Camp Glass includes physical activity and working with glass and tools. You understand the risks and attend at your own risk. Unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

6. Information Collected During Registration
We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, emergency contact, age, dietary needs, and lodging preferences. This information is used only for internal event planning. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property
Workshop content, branded materials, and other event resources are protected. You may not copy or redistribute these materials without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
You assume all risks associated with attending Camp Glass. Spokane Stained Glass and its staff, instructors, and affiliates are not liable for injury, loss, theft, illness, or damages incurred during the event.

9. Event Changes & Cancellations
We may change instructors, schedule, or programming as needed. If we cancel or reschedule the event, options will be offered per the refund policy listed above.
