  • Kristin Culotta

    @CulottaCreations
    Lead Came Workshops Instructor

    Kristin Culotta is a stained glass artist and educator based in Camas, Washington, and founder of Culotta Creations. Influenced by Bauhaus, Art Deco, and geometric abstraction, her work emphasizes form, structure, and the inherent qualities of glass. Color, texture, and light are treated as active design elements, resulting in a clean, modern visual language grounded in both design and craftsmanship.

    She holds a BFA in Fine Art Photography from California State University, Long Beach, where she focused on experimental black-and-white processes. That training continues to inform her approach to composition, contrast, and the way light interacts with her work.

    After beginning her career in photography, Kristin spent over a decade in the restaurant and hospitality industry. This experience carries into her studio practice, shaping a disciplined, efficient, and experience-driven approach to both design and client work.

    Kristin began working in stained glass in 2014, developing her practice through mentorship and hands-on study. She later relocated from Southern California to the Pacific Northwest, where she now operates a working studio surrounded by forest and wildlife. In addition to her studio practice, she travels nationally to teach workshops ranging from foundational techniques to advanced construction. Her work spans custom commissions, architectural panels, and contemporary glass objects, with a focus on thoughtful design and structural integrity.

  • Sheldon Stehman

    @Flash_Glass_Mosaics
    Mosaic Glass Workshop Instructor

    Sheldon is a mosaic artist who came to the medium through his work in mental health and substance abuse recovery, where he teaches expressive art. He began exploring mosaics just over two years ago, initially looking for something new to bring into that setting, and quickly saw the impact it could have. The process of working with your hands, staying present, and creating something tangible became a powerful tool for grounding, connection, and healing.

    After experiencing personal loss, Sheldon leaned fully into the medium, channeling grief into his work and developing a distinct style influenced by traditional tattoo flash. His work blends bold, graphic imagery with glass, creating pieces that feel both familiar and unexpected.

    Through his practice and teaching, Sheldon aims to make mosaic accessible, engaging, and meaningful, especially for people navigating depression, anxiety, and recovery.

  • Sarah Inloes

    @wildesignspdx
    Glass Guiding Workshop Instructor

    Hi! I’m a small business owner and hobbyist sign painter located in Portland, Oregon. My husband and I own a tattoo shop, as well as a tattoo removal shop, and are blessed to also have an art studio where we make signs, screenprint, stained glass, weld, make DnD minis, and of course draw and paint flash. I have never thought of myself as “artistic”, but  took my first sign painting class in 2024 with Bryan Yonki of Well Done Signs and fell in love with the craft! I love how it’s just as technical as it is creative, and as signpainters say: IOAFS (it’s only a fucking sign!). It’s been a great practice in not chasing perfection, but rather just being present and having fun. After many failed attempts at gold gilding, I decided to take Dave Smith’s online Introduction to Glass Gilding in the Fall of 2025. I learned SO much (a lot of what not to do, honestly), and am excited to share my limited knowledge with ya’ll!
